Aimee McCarthy
Aimee McCarthy is the founder of The Hope Hub, a psychology practice grounded in compassionate, trauma-informed care. With over a decade of experience, Aimee brings warmth, empathy, and clinical expertise to her work with children, adolescents, and adults.
Her professional background spans both public and independent education sectors, and she currently serves part-time as Head of Counselling at a K–12 College. Aimee is particularly passionate about early intervention and collaborative care, and she is dedicated to fostering a holistic approach that supports the whole person.
Aimee works closely with her clients to establish a clear focus for each counselling session, ensuring that their time together is purposeful and aligned with individual goals. Her approach is client-centred and empowering, honouring each person’s unique story and strengths.
